Grand Canyon: Visits and traffic data 2015 – 2022
The Grand Canyon National Park has seen a rebound in visitors after the visitor count has dropped dramatically due Covid from 2019 through 2021. Most importantly, international visitors have again begun to travel to the Grand Canyon and Las Vegas area, resulting in an increasing visitor count to the Grand Canyon.
The number of visitors has dropped dramatically from 6.380.495 in 2018 to just 2.897.098 in 2020, a reduction of almost 55%, resulting in hard financial times for local businesses at the Grand Canyon.
